Refresh BISD, in partnership with the Community Enrichment Center, exists to prepare every child for success by meeting practical needs and creating meaningful moments for families in the Birdville Independent School District.
Last year, parents spent an average of $586 per child for back-to-school clothes, supplies, and technology.
